Someone posted some pdf versions of the Cederqvist manual to the web.
I currently have version 1.10.6 (in pdf and PostScript) and 1.10.7 (in
PostScript) of the manual. I am running 1.10.7 but I would like to see
the latest version of the manual. There seems to be an inconsistency
in the manual about dates. It gives the example of "24 Sep" for dates
but if I do:

        cvs update -D "14 Apr"

which is analogous to the example, I get:

cvs [update aborted]: Can't parse date/time: 14 Apr

This is either a bug in the documentation or a bug in the manual.

[CCing to bug-cvs since I am reporting a bug at the same time]
