setting up a server

Hello.

CVS is bombastic, but:

I had a hadache setting up our server. cvs always complained no
--allow-root in inetd.conf. Ok, I found out, but could you document ALL
cvs cmdline options? (or at least tell, that they exist and how the syntax
is like)
