Well... the drugs must be working well. Turns out that page numbers do get
put on first page after all. Guess I didn't scroll up enough in ghostview
on that first page.
If we adjust the @heading down 2 lines, it starts Chapter 1: Introduction
at page 1.
I'm not sure which is better.
