I'm having difficulty compiling cvs 1.10 on Solaris 2.7. Seems that it
can't find the file krb5.h, which is nowhere on the system. I've tried
using the --disable-server, --disable-gssapi, and --disable-krb4 options.  I
still get various compilation errors.

Configured with no options, compilation returns this:

gcc  -I. -I.. -I. -I../lib -DHAVE_CONFIG_H  -I/usr/cygnus/kerbnet/include -g
-O -c server.c
server.c:62: krb5.h: No such file or directory
make[1]: *** [server.o] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/export/home/lynn/tmp/cvs-1.10/src'
make: *** [all] Error 1

I've never had this problem before. I've installed cvs on a variety of
systems. This is the first time on Solaris 2.7 (5.7), so I suspect that the
problem has something to do with a change in the O/S.

Without spending days debugging the code, is there a way around this
problem? Is cvs being maintained? The timestamp on the archive at
ftp.gnu.org is 8/23/1998. Can you direct me to a place where I can find out
more about maintenance in progress?
