I can't reproduce this problem -- the second export just complains that
all of the files from the first export are in the way.  Either this is
Linux-specific or there's something more subtle going on.  It might be
informative to set CVS_CLIENT_LOG to see if the ``cannot open'' message
is coming from the client or the server (I think it would have started
with ``cvs server'' if it were coming from the server, but I'm not sure)
and exactly where in the process.
