Derek,

I guess I misunderstood the meaning of ignore.
Is 'ignore' just meant to suppress the 
'? xxx' warnings when I issue cvs update?

Yes, I am attempting to ignore files that are
already checked into our repository? 
Can we do that and how if we can?
