please see my mail below. this is still a problem on CVS v1.11, except
that the -lresolv problem seem to have been solved. also, building CVS
with --disable-server and GSSAPI fails.

Hi,
I'm trying to use CVS v1.10.8 on Solaris 7 with Heimdal. So far, I found a
couple of problems. Heimdal GSSAPI doesn't work as expected, but that's
another story.
o CVS v1.10.8 tries to include gssapi/gssapi.h even when building
with Heimdal. This fails as some types are included in multiple files.
o It seems that -lresolv isn't included, but should be.
o Linking with -R{GSSAPI_PREFIX}/lib would also be great.
