Yes. :-)
I think the reason for not logging regular tags is that it would create
a lot of history records (since you'd have to record the tag operation
for each file as opposed to just recording the tag for each module as
rtag does), and most people aren't interested. Those are lesser
problems now that we have selectable history logging in the config file,
but it still might be nice to differentiate between rtag and tag, at
least in the config file.
