Cvs log message to www

Hi

How is it possible to get that log message from cvs to www page? Is there any web page 
or thread that has som information on that. I am using wincvs and I already made php 
script which inserts with post method given message to database but how could I get 
that log message from cvs when committing?

Any help greatly appreciated.
