I do not know if it is a bug or a feature.
I think it is a bug:
At the very first time when i do a cvs login
i receive the error: failed to open /home/tr/.cvspass for reading: No
such file or directory
if i do a touch /home/tr/.cvspass then everything is ok.
It should be created by cvs if it not already exists, or not ?
cvs is 1.11.1p1
system is HP-UX B.10.20 A 9000/777
