Hi,

I hope this is the right list to mention a bug and an easy fix for it - I
didn't want to create a login in the issue tracker for this one time I
have a bug to report ;)

Anyway, while using cvs in a chroot with a rh72 base install, I got a
segfault when trying to check out from a repository.

Using strace I noticed that cvs was trying to access
/home/thomas/.cvspass, while my homedir /home/thomas did not exist.
So I guess that in that bit of code the return value isn't checked right.
It should fail gracefully stating the problem, not segfault.

Hope that helps someone ;)

Thomas
