Hi,
I've added support for 3rd party password asking
programs, a-like ssh has.
It doesn't require any new thing, and also fixes
situation when cvs is running under non-terminal (e.g. X)
application.
Currently, "cvs login" just hangs in this
situation.
Now it works even under Win32.
Primarily tested under Linux RedHat.
Would be nice if you add my changes to the official
cvs branch.
I think, needless to say that these sources
can be published under GNU or whatsoever license you want to apply.
