Although, if the tarball you are importing from includes a .cvsignore
that instructs CVS to ignore certain files also distributed in the
tarball, then the files probably weren't checked into the original
vendor's CVS repository, which means that the files that are not
ignored should contain enough information to rebuild the missing files
and it might be better not to import them into your own repository.
