Specifically, the following MIME types *are not* stripped by the list's content filter: multipart/mixed, multipart/alternative, & text/plain. Your attachment of a cleaned-up version of Darren's message didn't come through, though. Maybe Thunderbird doesn't attach messages as one of the text types?
