I was wondering if anyone was working on implementing the patch discussed in the subject thread. The last post on this topic was in April and I haven't seen any mention of the patch being implemented in any recent builds.
The issue deals with the list of current editors getting wiped out in the CVS/fileattr file when a module is checked out a second time after files are already marked for editing in a previous sandbox. This presents a major impediment to working with modules that contain unmergeable binary files. It can obviously worked around by warning users of the issue so they only work with one sandbox, but there is always the possibility that someone will forget. _______________________________________________ Bug-cvs mailing list Bug-cvs@gnu.org http://lists.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/bug-cvs
