- Some folks desire a way for 'cvs import' and possibly
'cvs add' to have a method to determine keyword
substitution for new files

Suggestion:
cvs import -B <path_to_script> ...
where <path_to_script> is the path to some script which returns a string to
set
the keyword substitution mode with (-kb for binaries, an empty string
otherwise,
with room for expansion).
Ditto for add.
