Hey all,

I was getting ready for the 1.11.21 & 1.12.13 releases and thought
briefly that the PS and then PDF targets were broken and that I didn't
have time to fix them before the release, then removed them.

As I figured out that I had made a mistake, I went to restore the
targets, and it occurred to me that distributing documentation in
PostScript format seemed a little archaic. PDF readers, at the least,
are free and I would hazard more common than PostScript readers nowadays.

Anyhow, I made the decision to remove the PS files from the distribution
and distribute PDFs instead (PS versions can, of course, still be built
using `make ps' if the correct tools are installed). If anyone has a
different opinion, please voice it quickly if you want this reversed
before the 1.11.21 & 1.12.13 releases.

Regards,

Derek
