Follow-up Comment #2, bug #14641 (project cvs):
Sorry, this not make depended error. This error probably caused by Solaris 10
strict cp/NFS implementation.
I make workaround patch (see solaris10.patch).
IMHO change $(srcdir)/config.h - not good idea for multiplatform building.
But I can't build cvs for Windows to make good patch now.
For workaround patch best use POSIX `cp -f'. But current Makefile not use
this flag of `cp'.
