Details:
This patch, written by Mike Sanders, adds a new %a format
character to the commitinfo and loginfo triggers to provide the
file action (status).
When UseNewInfoFmtStrings is enabled, the %{vV} formats will
now expose the real version instead of NUNE for added and
removed files.
