Hi Folks,

I have just committed a change to FEATURE that updates with the latest
GNULIB code. It changes how the stdint.h replacement file is generated
and it is hoped this will help to make SGI systems compile without using
the c99 compiler. (The moderator needs to approve the commit message
going to the [EMAIL PROTECTED] list as the message is rather large...
532687 bytes.)

There is still an outstanding issue on the windows-NT/Makefile.am vs
windows-NT/config.h.in.in with regard to HAVE_STDINT_H being defined.
They are presently inconsistent. The windows-NT/config.h apparently
needs to define HAVE_STDINT_H for some reason while the Makefile needs
to map it to '0' it to allow the generated stdint.h file to be legal.

These sources compile and sanity.sh check on Solaris 9, FreeBSD 4.11,
FreeBSD 6.1, Fedora Core 3 GNU/Linux. It would be well to exercise that
things build and work problem on the other hosts.
