Hmm, I cannot compile - but I still only have the msvc6 compiler around (win is not my major platform and I need it for other projects that rely on msvc6:-(). However I tried the 1.12.13a version and it still fails when used with ssh/plink.exe. I have reported this bug long long ago (before the move to nongnu), and there has been discussion about whether it makes sense to fix this at all as it was/is cause by the lousy win posix implementation. I was very busy in the last months so I didn't keep track on this issue:-( but I know there have been some patches applied since.
