Autoconf 2.60 has been released and it fixes a bug where previous
versions didn't notice that the AIX C compiler's default mode isn't
quite C89 and would go ahead and use it rather than setting the correct
mode.  It seems to work fine on my nightly testing platforms (AIX,
BSD/OS, HP-UX, and SGI) -- any objections to committing the relevant
changes to stable and feature to use it?
