Well, if you'r a cvs user, then first do 'cvs login', and then try importing your files. Or else, first you'll have to creat an account for your self, doing which depends on the cvs server you are using.

Even i am not able to create password.Can any one can give any suggesstion.

Ah, for that, try a google search for tools available to do the job. The one I use is 'encp', it runs on Linux or *BSD.
