My repository is created by cvsnt 2.0.58d, and when I create it, I check
out CVSROOT to manage some info right now.
i want to add some user,and grant someone some rights.
and like you know i cann't check out my CVSROOT,but i can check in
myself project and the project has checked out successfuuly.
how can i do?
