Details:
Due to required security fixed we needed to update our CVS version from
version 1.11.5-43 to version 1.12.12-1 on our server. Since the update users
experience the problem that in the CVS-subdirectory of their checkout the
Template file is missing when just checking out single files. When doing a cvs
up afterwards the Template-file is available. This is annoying because the
template file contains important information for our problem tracking which
would have to be typed manually if the Template file is missing.
This problem also occurs with the latest stable CVS-version 1.11.23-11.
