Thanks for the patch. I have removed "std" from calls to llabs and
strtoull. I had already corrected the "initial status" output but not
released the corrected version.
I'll soon release ddrescue 1.4-rc1, with all this fixed and a new
feature, "direct disc access", to bypass the kernel cache without the
need of raw devices.
