Hello

ddrescue seems to be the tool i have been waiting for and do havve 2
questions/concerns:

1.
Why the following command does nothing write to the no logfile :-(

deft8 ~ % sudo ddrescue -d -v -n /dev/sdb
/media/root/1234567890123456/QNAP/QNAP.dd logimage.log

GNU ddrescue 1.16
About to copy 1000 GBytes from /dev/sdb to
/media/root/6E904CFD6C613036/QNAP209-ADI--20141117/QNAP209-ADI.dd
    Starting positions: infile = 0 B, outfile = 0 B
Copy block size: 128 sectors Initial skip size: 128 sectors
Sector size: 512 Bytes

Press Ctrl-C to interrupt
rescued: 1000 GB, errsize: 697 kB, current rate: 12800 B/s
   ipos: 1035 kB, errors: 20, average rate: 36088 kB/s
opos: 1035 kB, time since last successful read: 0 s

2.
Is itpossible to have ddrescue made a logfile (but without saving the image
itself)?
How?

Thank you very much for any help!

Bill
