I can't speak for Antonio but... There are a lot of people who read this
list who are happy to help and usually respond very quickly. If you
would provide the operating system you are trying to recover and explain
where you are confused some users will attempt to give you some basic
instructions. At the very minimum we need to know the Operating System
you are using to recover the media. We've all been there before.
