Hi, Sorry to bug you about this but can't find a clear answer online. I'm doing a basic task -- cloning my master Tivo disk to a backup -- then installing the copy. I'm running off of SystemRescue. I got here from a Tivo forum many years ago. With 2TB drives this always took the same 8hrs with a few seconds. Then suddenly the last time it took just over 4hrs and the clone was fine. The command line includes a log file option (I always wondered where this was going and have never found one.) So -- I read the log file is not needed (I wouldn't know what to do with it anyway.) Is it possible the last time I forgot the log file parameter and that is why it ran so much faster? Best regards, Tom
