[bug-diffutils] Re: diff --ignore-all-space doesn't ignore newlines after all

1. Change the docs to admit newlines are too much for diff.
2. Mention in the diff docs to SEE ALSO wdiff if one wants to cross
newlines, especially as wdiff is another GNU project totally unmentioned
in the diff Info and man pages.
