Dear Sirs,

I spotted a mistake in the “diff” command’s simplified Chinese interface.

When comparing two identical files with the “-s” flag, the command displays a 
string saying the files are actually identical. If the system language is 
simplified Chinese, the terminal language changes accordingly. In this case, 
the string mentioned above starts with the character “�n” but it should be “档”: 
“�n” is traditional Chinese, not simplified Chinese. Please fix the bug.
