There are missed lines in ed.texinfo: Please check the line 334. It lacks whole paragraph. Version of ed is 1.4 ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/ed/ed-1.4.tar.gz It is also present in previous versions. In attachment I send the info file of some old version of ed without this bug.
