You may find ed 1.22[.X] at the main ftp site http://ftpmirror.gnu.org/ed/
I think I had problems uploading something to Savannah and didn't try later
because ed could be downloaded from the main ftp site. Just now I'm having
trouble to update lzip. I committed the manual for lzip 1.26 yesterday and
it has not yet been updated at
http://www.nongnu.org/lzip/manual/lzip_manual.html . (When I try to Browse
the Web Pages Repository, I get a 502 Bad Gateway).
