recently I created a file too big for the filesystem.
I deleted the file... but then :

ls /storage:
ls: /storage/mysystem.tar.gz: Value too large for defined data type
doc/  fsuite/  kernels/     mp3/  quota.user  storage.tar.gz  tngfw/    wav/
dos/  ftp/     lost+found/  nps/  skyrix/     tmp/    virtuoso-lite/  zyxel/


how can this be recovered ? also, is this a bug ?

ls is from v4.0 GNUtils.
