I was thinking of amking a shared lib that included parts of fileutils, I think that exposing the functionality of "cp" would not be that hard... though some of the other commands would be a little more difficult.
Is there a cvs server for fileutils, or where can I get autogen.sh etc, so that I can add shared lib stuff
to src/Makefile.am and start hacking things to allow shared lib versions of the functionality of fileutils?
