It used to be that if I tried to remove I file which I didn't have
write permission for, rm would prompt me:
: zion ~ Sat 17 22:20; !tou
touch xxx;chmod 444 xxx
: zion ~ Sat 17 22:20; /bin/rm --version
rm (GNU fileutils) 4.0p

This is no longer the case, however:

rm (fileutils) 4.0.40

I can't see any option to get the old behavior back. Was the change
intentional?
