This is 100% reproducible:
ln -s libcppu.so.3.0.0 libcppu.so.3
Will always give a munged result.
lrwxrwxrwx 1 dylang dylang 18 Nov 13 01:26 libcppu.so.3 ->
libcppu.so.3.0.0nt
lrwxrwxrwx 1 dylang dylang 21 Nov 13 01:28 libcppu.so.3 ->
libcppu.so.3.0.0CC.so
and so on. Each time, the source filename is linked with garbage
appended. This only happens on the one file. Every other file has a
correct symlink set. The directory these files are in is on an NFS server.
