Cygwin may be adding the feature of st_birthtime in the upcoming 1.7.0 (sparked by this thread), since NTFS is another filesystem that tracks creation time alongside change time. Findutils will be an interesting test case to see that cygwin gets it implemented nicely. Are there any standards documents that mention st_birthtime, or is it just an unstandardized extension at the moment? - -- Don't work too hard, make some time for fun as well!
