Thanks, I am almost ready - although there is a local event today
I cannot miss, so I have to leave the PC now.

My approach was to leave everything until 2014-08-21 in a ChangeLog.old
file (by renaming), and only generating future commits.
OTOH, I've found a few commits which were missing in the old ChangeLog,
so I wanted to fix that in a separate commit before introducing
gitlog-to-changelog.

Thanks & have a nice day,
Berny
