Feature request for find command -- process "nodump" flag

Since the find command is often used to generate a list of files to
include in a system backup, it would be useful if it included tests
for some filesystem-specific tests such as the "dump" extended
attribute flag on the ext2 (or above) file system.  Also processing
any other extended attribute could be useful too.
