You reached the upstream GNU findutils project. We do not do maintenance on older versions here; we just develop/maintain the latest version in source format. Maintenance is subject to downstream projects which build and provide the binaries/packages of the GNU findutils. In your case, the software you are using is a downstream Windows port which is maintained here [0].
