This is not exactly a bug report, but anyway, here goes We have a big executable which we decomposed into ~200 shared libraries. Since then it is almost impossible to debug it. Gdb takes ages and hogs of memory to start, and I have to babysit it pressing return every so-and-so many libraries. Is there any solution to speed things up? Will upgrading to the 5.0 tree help me?
