It seems gdb-5.0 doesn't support a target of i[3456]86-*-vxworks as
claimed in the NEWS file. I built on RedHat 6.2 (using egcs-1.1.2) with
gdb configured as follows:

    ../gdb-5.0/configure --host=i686-pc-linux-gnu
--target=i686-wrs-vxworks

I find no vxworks target listed by the "help target" command. Things
work as I'd expect when I tried building for a i960-wrs-vxworks target.
I also tried building with the latest sources from the cvs repository
with the same result.

This Usenet posting says the problem is one of a missing remote-vxi386.c
file.: http://www.deja.com/=dnc/[ST_rn=ps]/getdoc.xp?AN=674626144

Because Wind River Systems distributes a modified gdb that can handle an
i386 target, this module should be available somewhere. Can anybody
find it an install it, or point me to it? Thanks for your help.
