I suspect this is the GDB bundled with your release of OpenBSD and
likely contains unapproved patches. I'd first clarify exactly which GDB
you're running.
The other thing to try is to grab a current stapshot and then try
tweeking the config files so that GDB-current recognizes OpenBSD. I'd
just clone the NetBSD/FreeBSD stuff. Open can't be that different.
Hmm, on second thoughts, does your system still use a.out rather then elf?
