gdb documentation comment

This is a comment on the GDB documentation
                "Debugging wiht GDB" Fifth Edition April 1998.

I downloaded and printed the postscript version. 
The table of contents had _=12 in chapter titles before GDB.
Also there are no page numbers on the pages, so the table of contents
and the index are not as useful as they could be.
