Ever file that class action ? I had a bad experience where I bought a premium TAP plan, and found out I had paid for delivery and set up on a lap top. Did you ever see that happen. I could have gotten the exact same service, at a chaper price. II heard of a guy who was terminted because he refused to sell top grade plans the customer didn't need.
