Hi,

As there has been no release for a while (except minor bug-fixes) and
enough number of features have been added since the last release, I'm
planning to roll a new version.

Here is a couple of nice-to-be-fixed bugs I have in mind:

- Removing auto-update rules from po/Makefile.in.in
  <https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-gettext/2014-03/msg00033.html>

  If we want to go with the this, I think it would be good to call it
  0.19.0 instead of 0.18.4.

- xgettext incorrect parsing of python brace format
  <https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?41668>

  The problem is that mis-recognition of python-brace-format can cause a
  build error of Calibre. So, basically the idea is to restrict the
  format specifiers, which can be arbitrary expression in theory, to the
  standard set.

Anything else? Comments would be appreciated.
