Thanks for your advice to the m4/woe-dll.m4 file, but i think the problem is 64-bit / mingw64 specific. So it needs a special handling for win64 in the m4-file. But i have not enough understanding of all the autoconf-/m4-things to do the needed change(s). Hopefully there is a autoconf-/m4-wizzard that can solve the problem.
