Follow-up Comment #2:
gforth-0.7.3 was prepared when XCode still came with a real gcc. We added the
switch --no-cpp-precomp without testing if GCC actually accepts that switch.
Search for --no-cpp-precomp in configure, delete the line that assigns it to
CFLAGS, and try again. That should fix it.
