This is a self-follow-up mail.

I withdraw the above opinion concering the -s option of htags(1).

I cannot ignore the fact that htags can finish the job at half time
if symbol link is not required. While using GLOBAL-current, I came
to think that the -s option of htags(1) is needed.

Thus, I want to recover the -s option.
What do you think?
